UIDAI Grievance Centre Details

Following are the requirements to contact the grievance centre :

1) The users of this system are expected to be residents, registrars and enrolment agencies.
2) Any resident seeking enrolment is given a printed acknowledgement form with an Enrolment Number, that enables the resident to make queries about her/his enrolment status through any communication channel of the contact centre.

    Hi,

    My name is Dipti Singh, I had enrolled for the aadhar card number twice but still did not get the number. I do not stay in India and now I don’t know what to do because even after submitting the documents twice I have not received the number.

    I had come to India,Pune in April and then I applied for the card number twice, first time on 25th June and then on 15th September. Now I am not in there and don’t know what to do.

    Please find attached the 2 receipts which I have.

    I need to get the number so that I can link it to all mandatory accounts,phone numbers.
